UPDATE: Maya, RBG, Malala are Sold!
Misty is still available!
In 2015, the beautiful Misty Copeland became the first African American Female Principal Dancer with the prestigious American Ballet Theatre.
I began my series with Misty because she is young and courageous. My hope is that young girls and women see themselves in her and see proof that beauty and talent come from within, despite the traditional boundaries cemented in the past.
Additions to the "Women Who Shatter Barriers"
I have requests to continue with the series. So, while I'm on vacation, I'll be thinking about and researching many of the courageous women I admire and how to represent them to you. Please let me know if you have a woman in mind who has or continues to "Shatter Barriers."
All my original paintings come framed in black floater frames and ready to hang in your home or office!

Manayunk Roxborough Art Center "Generations Show"
This show is a "first" for the members of the Manayunk Roxborough Art Center (MRAC). The show will not only feature work from our diverse and talented members but also artwork from their families! This is a fun show, so leave all artsy fartsy thoughts at home! We will have artists that range in age from 8-88 years old. Come and see your favorite artists and see how their art has been influenced through the generations!
For those of you that know me and my family, my mom and my daughter will have their artwork hanging along with one of my paintings.
Hope to see you there....

Art Brings People Together!
New Work in Progress
I am loving this painting. So full of energy as the kids climb the monkey bars! This painting is a commission, so it will not be available, but I hope you enjoy watching the painting's color and composition develop as I progress through all the various stages of how I paint!
