Another Week of Cornonavirus
“Painting is easy when you don't know how, but very difficult when you do.” - Edgar Degas
I have been feeling comfortable with making videos lately, and I hope, by way of the videos, you get a sense of how and why I work. This week’s video is of some drawings and the completed “Dilworth No. 2” oil painting.
Hope everyone is well! We are all still homebound and life continues to be uncertain and scary. Staying at home is for me the norm. But, it’s still difficult to not be able to see my parents, kids, and friends. While in the grocery store last week. I became a bit anxious with all the people wearing masks and the empty shelves. It felt like a scene from the latest “big screen” dystopia. So, for now, we all just have to be patient and know “this too shall pass.!

The Outdoor Art Gallery (if you missed it last week -here is link to last week’s blog.} has been an extraordinary experience. Bruce and I get so much joy seeing folks enjoying the art as they pass by! When I happen to go outside for something, folks are telling me “Thank You,” and how they appreciate a bit of fun and creativity during these gray times.
