Yes, this is an actual Cigar Shop in Old Havana, Cuba! We visited in November 2017 prior to the US travel ban. Old Havana is lovely, the people are lovely! I finally made this painting!

I love painting the human face! The gentleman in this photo had the most expressive eyes!! You can see the amusement in his eyes as, I, the American tourist, requested to take his photo!
I really should call this painting, “Smiling Eyes.” because even though it’s in a Cigar Shop in Old Havana, Cuba. The best part of the painting is the proprietor’s smiling eyes!
