“Traveling Companions”

This adorable French Bull Dog accompanies his human on a train journey. Always in search of a story to paint and I always in search of an interesting face, well, this adorable French Bull Dog’s face was the answer! Painting his eyes were as engrossing as painting a human eye. Same skeletal structure, same eyeball, same iris, same pupil!

I used like a million brushes making this painting! Lots of darks, lights and intense colors. Ha, I think it took me over an hour to clean all my brushes!
