Figure drawing from a live model is a basic tenet of learning to draw. “Vivian” is the first of my new series of charcoal & graphite figure drawings. Recently, I have been feeling a need to get back to basics. I no longer have access to a live model. But, the internet holds many jewels! My photo reference for this drawing is from the website Croquis Cafe, it is an awesome source for artists like me who love to draw! I hope you like this drawing of “Vivian.”
