THE CHESS MATCH
In my paintings, I try to communicate connections between people that on the surface appear opposite but are connected by a kindred spirit. Old/Young. Contemporary/Old-fashioned, etc. My goal as an artist is to tell stories that cross traditional barriers such as gender, age, income, education & race to help us understand the most important art of all — the art of being human.
